Gohan vs. Buu
This is during the Buu saga. At this point Gohan dosenot need to go SSJ anymore because of a Kioshin upgrade which makes stronger then at SSJ2. Buu eventually wins but regrets it later.
Goku vs. Cell
Goku vs. Cell is another great battle in DBZ. Those 2 were fighting with everything they had but just could'nt beat each other. But then Goku went for broke, he started to charge up a Kamehameha wave that could destroy the earth and Cell as well. But then out of Know where hedose the instant transmission and dose the Kamehameha and blows him into pieces. Then Cell regenerates his body and Goku is out of juice and forfides the battle.
